Hengistbury Head Visitor Centre

Hengistbury Head Hengistbury Head - Christchurch Station

We are delighted to be working on the new visitor centre project at Hengistbury Head.

Hengistbury Head is a scenic and historic headland near Bournemouth on the south coast of England. Standing mid way between Poole harbour and Hurst spit it forms a division between Poole and Christchurch Bays. Being a site of scientific interest and significant archaeological importance it attracts visitors from all over the world.

New 3D animations will unravel the geological processes at work over the last 250 million years and these, alongside interactive maps, will enable the visitor to explore the impact of land formation, erosion, industry and changes in society on this amazing part of our coastline.
